Christian is a Research Fellow assisting Professors Daron Acemoglu, David Autor, and Simon Johnson with projects in Labor Economics. He is mainly interested in studying historical political institutions and labor markets, as well as topics in Game Theory. His prior work deals with the political and cultural causes of declining union density in the U.S. over the mid to late-20th century. Christian holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Columbia University and a B.A. in Politics with a minor in Sociology from Sciences Po Paris.
