Julia is the Program Manager, Workforce Initiatives and Policy Impacts at MIT Blueprint Labs. She received her MBA from the Yale School of Management with a focus on nonprofit management and economic development. While in graduate school, Julia interned at Obran Cooperative, a social enterprise with a mission to build worker wealth and power through worker-ownership. Prior to obtaining her MBA, Julia worked as a Talent Consultant at Shirley Parsons, a recruitment and executive search firm. She received her BA in Philosophy from Wellesley College. Outside of work, Julia enjoys hiking, singing in choir, and playing with her cat, Francesca.
